Tips
Buy Local! There are many true and "catchy" phrases that encourage you to buy from a locally owned and operated store, but it all comes down to this: If you want local businesses to be around to help you, you need to patronize them in a way that financially rewards their efforts!
No matter what kind of Outdoor Power Equipment you are working with, fresh gas is your best friend! Most commercially available fuel now contains up to 10% ethanol (alcohol) or other organic blend. Alcohol is known solvent and carries significantly less energy than gasoline. Where possible, use as high of a gasoline blend as you can find and never use fuel that is more than 10% ethanol, or purchased from a station more than 30 days ago! ASJ Sells canned fuel for both mixed and 4-stroke engines that will stay fresh for up to two years (in the can). Come in and see us about these options!
